Religion And Politics In India INR 396.00
Book summary
The issue of relation between religion and politics has been a significant part of the studies on Indian politics in general and in state politics in particular. But the discourse on the issue has generated more heat than light. An attempt has been made in this work to make an objective analysis of the role of the Arya Samaj—an important sect of Hinduism—in the politics of the present States of Punjab and Haryana during the pre-independence, the post-independence and in the post-reorganisation periods.
